摘要
介绍了红柳煤矿1122工作面辅运巷淋水情况,分析了SZD-1型赛瑞单组份堵水剂的堵水特性,通过确定注浆孔的布置及参数、施工流程和注浆顺序,对1122工作面辅运巷进行注浆堵水试验,结果表明,在淋水侧使用铺帆布的方法搜集的淋水量由注浆前的20 L/min,降低到注浆堵水施工后4 L/min,淋水量降低80%,效果良好。
The water leakage in auxiliary haulage way of 1122 working face in Hongliu coal mine was introduced and the characteristics of single-component water shut-off agent in type of Sairui SZD-1 was analyzed.The experiment of grouting for water-blocking was carried out in auxiliary haulage way of 1122 working face,after determining the layout and parameter of grouting hole,construction process and grouting order.The results show that the volume of water leakage drops down from 20 L/min to 4 L/min by 80 % after grouting,showing a very good shut-off effect.
