摘要 借助参数样条曲线图形具有几何不变性,且处理大挠度曲线时误差较小的特点,通过数学描述,给出其插值算法,计算出刀位数据,解决某些零件不适合用刀补功能而必须用刀心点才能编程的缺点。 A parametric spline curve has several features, such as its geometric graphics is immutability and it also has the smaller error in handling large deflection curve. Based on the mathematics theory, considering the characteristics, its interpolated algorithm has been given. At the same time, calculating the cutter locating data, the solution that cutter compensation is not suitable for certain parts and its programming must use the position of tools center is proposed.
