摘要
在实际生产中,如果某一加工表面是二次曲面,对于这类曲面轮廓的加工常采用数控加工方法。用三坐标数控机床加工二次曲面,存在诸多因素影响着表面加工质量,本文从各个不同的角度来分析其影响因素及补偿策略。
On the area of actual process, It is often seen that one surface of the part is quadric surface. In these cases ,NC machine tools with 3 axes coordinate system are widely used. However ,with the use of NC machine tools there are a great many factors affecting the quality of the finished surface. A elaborate illustration about these factors and the methods of compensation is given in this paper
