摘要
列表曲线在数控加工过程中存在编程繁琐,计算量大且加工精度不高等缺点,提出通过修改插补原理,用计算机辅助编程的方法来提高列表曲线的加工精度。经实际应用,不仅提高了加工效率,而且使加工精度得到提高。
On NC machining process, forming curl has such disadvantages as complex programming, over many calculations and low precision in machining. On this paper, by presence analyzing interpolation theory and computer aided programming, the working precision of forming curl can be improved. This method is of great practical value.
