人β-防御素3在感染皮肤组织中表达的研究 被引量:2

Enhanced expression of human β-defensin 3 in infected human skin

摘要 目的:探讨人β-防御素3(hum an β-defensin 3,hBD3)在感染皮肤组织中的表达情况。方法:取烧伤患者感染皮肤组织和正常皮肤组织,提取总RNA和总蛋白,采用RT-PCR和Western印迹法检测hBD3的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果与结论:感染皮肤组织中hBD3的mRNA和蛋白水平均显著高于正常皮肤组织。感染皮肤组织中hBD3表达增强。 Objective:To investigate the expression of human β-defensin 3 (hBD3) in the infected human skin. Methods: Infected and healthy human skin tissues were procured from burned patients during clinical practice. Total RNA and protein were extracted, followed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and Western blot to detect the mRNA as well as protein level of hBD3, respectively. Results and Conclusions:Both the mRNA and protein levels of hBD3 expression were significantly increased in infected skin in comparison with those in healthy skin tissue, hBD3 is expressed in an increased manner in infected human skin.
