摘要
目的研究重组人β-防御素3(rhBD-3)对临床多耐药菌株(铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌)的抗菌活性。方法采用比浊法测定不同浓度rhBD-3下4种细菌液OD值,确定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),并与对照组比较。结果 rhBD-3对所测菌株菌均有抑菌活性,在一定的浓度范围内,rhBD-3的浓度增高抑菌活性增强。rhBD-3的MIC、MBC与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 rhBD-3对临床多耐药细菌具有显著的抑菌活性,给解决临床细菌耐药带来新希望。
Objective To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of recombinant human beta defensin 3 ( rhBD-3 ) on multi-drug re- sistant bacteria (Pseudommonas aeruginosa , Acinetobacter baumannii, E nterobaeter cloacae, Staphylococcus aureus). Methods The OD of 4 strains fluid was measured by turbidity method, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) was determined, the differences were compared with those in the controls. Results rhBD-3 demonstrates antimicrobial activity a- gainst all the strains. Within a certain concentration rang, rhBD-3 concentration increased, antimicrobial activity enhanced. The MIC and MBC of rhBD-3 were significant difference with those in the controls. Conclusion rhBD-3 has significantly antimicrobial activity against multi-drug resistant bacteria, that brings new hope as effective substitute for multi-drug resistant bacteria.
