摘要 三维超声包括实时三维和动态延时三维技术,有多种成像模式,包括正交三平面、超声断层显像、表面成像、透明成像、反转成像、最小投影模式,恰当地应用不同的成模式,可为临床提供更多有关结构和(或)血流的诊断信息。三维图像直观,并可离线分析、远程会诊,在胎儿先天性心脏病领域,实时三维超声显示了良好的应用前景。 Three-dimensional ultrasonography composed of real-time and dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. 3D images can be displayed in many different rendering modes, including multi-planar, tomographic ultrasound imaging, surface rendering, glass body, inversion mode and minimum projection mode. With proper application, it may provide additional diagnostic information about intracardiac spatial structures and orientations of blood flow or great vessels for clinic. 3D volume dataset can be acquired easily and stored or transferred digitally for offline reanalysis. Real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography may be more applicable in the field of fetal congenital heart disease.
