摘要
目的 比较三种精神分裂症诊断标准的异同。方法 病例选自1995年3月～12月正在住院的患者,符合CCMD-2精神分裂症的诊断标准,计936例。其中上海市精神卫生中心706例(75.5％),山东青岛精神病院230例(24.6％)。用DSM-Ⅳ和ICD-10标准进行再诊断。结果 发现CCMD-2和DSM-Ⅳ标准的诊断符合率达100％。因ICD-10要求在第5～8项症状标准中需符合2项症状标准,故本组用ICD-10再诊断时符合率仅为58.5％。结论 CCMD-2与DSM-Ⅳ较相似,与ICD-10差异较大。
Objective To compare the differences among three diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia. Methods 936 cases who met the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia of CCMD-2 were recruited in the study, and rediagnosed according to DSM-N and ICD 10. Results The agreement between CCMD-2 and DSM-IV was 100%, and that between CCMD-2 and ICD 19 was 58. 5%.Conclu-sion CCMD-2 is much more similar as DSM-N , hut has more differences with ICD 10.
