基于循证支持的Orem自理模式干预对糖尿病合并精神分裂症患者疾病管理能力及疾病认知的影响

Orem Self-care Model Intervention Based on Evidence-based Support on Disease Management Ability and Disease Cognition of Patients with Diabetes and Schizophrenia

摘要目的对糖尿病合并精神分裂症患者实施基于循证支持的Orem自理模式,探讨该方案对患者疾病管理能力及疾病认知的影响。方法选取2023年6月—2024年7月期间泉州市第三医院收治的84例符合糖尿病伴精神分裂症患者为研究样本,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组42例、观察组42例,对照组实施常规入院干预,观察组实施常规入院干预+循证支持下的Orem自理模式干预,对比两组患者的血糖水平、疾病自我管理能力及对疾病的认知程度。结果干预后,观察组自我管理能力评分及对疾病认知程度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施基于循证支持的Orem自理模式干预对糖尿病并伴随精神分裂症的患者具有重要的临床意义和必要性,通过增强患者的自我管理能力及加强对疾病的认知程度,利于血糖控制,实现身心健康的协调发展。 Objective Implement the Orem self-care model based on evidence-based support for patients with diabe-tes and schizophrenia,and explore the impact of this program on patients′disease management ability and disease cognition.Methods 84 patients with diabetes mellitus and schizophrenia admitted to the Third Hospital of Quanzhou during the period from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected as research samples.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods.The control group received routine admission intervention,and the observation group received routine admission intervention+Orem self-care model intervention with evidence-based support.The level of blood glucose,disease self-management ability and disease cognition were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-management ability and disease awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05);after intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing Orem self-care model intervention based on evidence-based sup-port is of great clinical significance and necessity for patients with diabetes and accompanying schizophrenia.By en-hancing patients′self-management ability and strengthening disease cognition,the coordinated development of physi-cal and mental health can be achieved.
