摘要
用碘离子作示踪剂,采用矩形脉冲示踪法测定升流厌氧污泥层(UASB)反应器的流动分布。建立了串级返混加为流模型。模型简单,能够反映反应器流动分布,具有较强的拟合能力和良好的适用性。运用流动模型和Monod方程,建立了UASB反应器稳态模型,并对模型参数进行了估计。通过灵敏度分析,进水基质浓度S_o,废水流量Q,最大比基质降解速率μ_(max)对出水基质浓度有较大影响。在稳态模型的基础上又建立了UASB反应器动态模态,利用此模型,对出水基质浓度序列S_e和产气量序列Q_g进行计算预测,平均偏差分别5.40%和7.46%,标准偏差分别为7.02%和9.66%。
By means of rectangular pulse response experiment with a iodine tracer,a description of the fluid flow distribution in UASB reactor used for treatment of lime straw black liquor was derived. It appeared that the sludge bed and sludge blanket could be described as perfectly mixed regions .which were interconnected by main stream .back-mixing stream and by-pass stream, the fluid flow in the region of three-phase separation could be described as plug flow. The model is simple, suitable for describing the fluid flow pattern in the reactor, and had good flexibility and fitability. Using the fluid flow model and monod equation of reaction kinetics, kinetic model of UASB reactor was established and the parameters were estimated. By means of sensitivity analysis, it was found that the flow rate Q, the initial substrate concentration S0 and umax had big influence on the effluent substrate concentration S/. Based on kinetic model, dynamic model of UASB reactor was established and the parameters were estimated. Under the condition of flow rate Q=3.00L/h, series of effluent substrate concentration 5, and flow rate of biogas Qg corresponding to influent substrate concentration S0 were calculated. The mean error of series 5, was 5. 40% and standard diviation of S, was 7. 02%. The mean error and standard diviation of series Qg were 7. 46% and 9. 66% respectively.
