摘要
应用6.7m^3的中试升流式厌氧污泥层反应器,以双层沉淀池污泥为接种污泥,处理啤酒废水(COD浓度在2400mg/L左右),采取适宜的技术措施,在20℃左右的常温条件下成功地实现了污泥倾粒化,反应器容积负荷达10—13kg COD/m^3·d,COD去除率大于85%。
In this study a polot upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor of capacity of 6.7 m3 was used at ambient temperature (about 20℃) to treat brewery wastewater (the influent COD concentration was about 2400 mg/L). Seed sludge was obtained from an Imhoff tank. By controlling the operation conditions granular sludge was well formed. A volumetric COD loading up to 10-13 kg/ m3·d was achieved with more than 85% removal of COD.
