间断焊温度场的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 对不停输带压开孔作业中的焊接问题进行了试验研究。为了准确、全面地得到间断焊的温度场分布规律,采用了热电偶和红外热像仪两套数据采集系统。针对焊条电弧焊接中存在的干扰,在数据采集时采取了相应的抗干扰措施。考察在间断焊条件下,0Cr18Ni9板材温度场的分布和变化规律及焊接前后材料的硬度变化情况。试验证明,对焊接过程中存在的干扰所采取的措施是有效的,两套数据采集系统得到的数据基本一致。通过数据分析,得到了温度场分布和变化规律,并指出焊后热影响区材料的硬度有明显的增大趋势。 An experimental study for hot tap of in - service welding was pedormed. To get the temperature field of discontinuous welding exactly, thermocouple and IR-image equipment were used. Some suggestions were introduced to remove the extraneous signals in welding.The distribution and changes of temperature and the hardness change of 0Cr18Ni9 were also studied. The results indicated that anti- disturbance measures used in the experiment were available, and the temperature data got from the two data acquisition systems were consistent. Through analysis the experiment data, the distribution and changes of welding temperature field were got, and the hardness of the material in the HAZ increased after welding.
