摘要
对创业型企业的经营者实施股权激励是促使企业人才尽快成长的重要保证。本文界定了创业型企业的概念,论述了创业型企业实施股权激励的必要性及主要方式,并提出了实施这些激励方式应注意的主要问题。
Share incentive guarantees the rapid development in innovative enterprises. This paper defines the concept of innovative enterprises, elaborates on the necessity and approaches to Share Incentive, and the major problems.
