Research Progress of Digital Reference Service Abroad

摘要 论文总结了近几年来国外数字参考咨询(DRS)研究方面取得的成果:包括DRS项目实施与使用情况调查, DRS的作用及社会影响研究,DRS的服务对象、功能、评价、研究方法等。 This paper sums up the results of foreign DRS research from several aspects in recent years, including the investigation of the using and conduct of DRS, the research of social impact and effect of DRS, and its service goal, function, evaluation, research method, etc.
