摘要
美国不同类型图书馆的文献采访工作各不相同,不过它们在提供公共服务方面却有很多相同之处。在赴美考察的基础上,论文总结了美国图书馆文献采访的特点;从服务理念、管理模式、服务体系等方面分析了美国各类图书馆公共服务的特色。
The characteristics of literature acquisition are different in different American libraries, meanwhile they have a lot in com- mon in public service. On the basis of the visiting to the American libraries, this paper summarizes the characteristics of the literature acqui- sitions, and analyses the features of public service from the aspects of services idea, administration mode and service system of different American libraries.
