摘要 目的探讨饮食治疗对糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者营养不良的作用。方法通过对29例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者营养状况的评估,进行饮食知识调查,然后给予饮食治疗3个月,以人体测量学、血生化作为评价指标,并对饮食治疗前后情况进行分析评估。结果多数患者对饮食知识缺乏了解,饮食治疗3个月后,饮食知识缺乏和各项营养指标均有改善。结论饮食知识缺乏是糖尿病肾病血液透析患者营养不良的主要原因,对患者进行饮食指导,坚持饮食治疗可以改善患者营养不良。 Objective To probe the effect of nutritional management on nutritional status in diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods 29 eases of diabetic nephropathy patients with maintenance hemodialysis received nutritional counseling and therapy for 3 months. The biochemical parameters and anthropometrie measurements of the 29 eases of patients were measured before and after nutritional treatment. Their dietary knowledge was also investigated by self-developed questionnaire before and after treatment. Results After 3 months of nutritional therapy, deficiency of dietary knowledge was ameliorated and nutritional status of these patients was improved. Conclusions Malnutrition of patients with maintenance hemodialysis is related to deficiency of dietary knowledge. Nutritional counseling and therapy for diabetic nephropathy patients with maintenance hemodialysis can effectively improve their nutritional status.
