摘要
慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期行持续不卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者常并发胃肠功能障碍,根据透析进程分为初始阶段、正轨阶段、长程阶段,根据不同阶段的病机特点进行中医药辨证论治,可有效改善患者胃肠功能障碍的临床症状和提高其生活质量。
This article observed the clinical effects of graded syndrome differentiation in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction following continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis. It is showed that Chinese medical differentiation can improve the clinical symptoms and life quality.
