摘要
以丙烯酸和十二醇为原料,在催化剂的作用下制备了丙烯酸十二酯。根据酯化试验数据所回归的方程,经显著性检验,回归方程及其各自变量都是显著的,回归方程是有意义的,且精度好。该回归方程在自变量的回归范围内适用于丙烯酸与十二醇、十四醇、十六醇酯化转化率的预测和控制上。
Dodecyl acrylate is prepared from acrylic acid and dodecanol in the presence of catalyst.A regression equation discribing accurately the relation between the conversion rate and the reaction conditions is obtained from the esterification reaction data.The equation and the varibles are verified by relative tests.It is possible to predict and controll the conversion rate of esterifications such as acrylic acid with dodecanol,tetradecanol and hexadecanol by this equation.
