摘要
通过测定不同含水量的硝酸钴乙醇溶液的电导率和吸光度 ,从而建立回归方程 ,并通过显著性检验 ,发现溶液的水含量与其电导率成正相关 ;与其在 5 2 0nm波长处的吸光度成负相关。根据此特性 ,可用于乙醇中水含量的快速测定。
The water contents in several 25ml portions of ethanol solution of anhydrous cobalt nitrate containing 0 to 3ml of deionized water were determined both by the conductivity method and the photometric method. It was found that: (1) the magnitude of conductivity is directly proportional to the water content of the ethanol test solution, and linear relationship is kept in the range of 0ml to 1.1ml of water per 25ml of solution, and (2) the absorbance measured at 520nm ( λ _ max of the hydrated cobalt(Ⅱ) ion) decreases linearly with the increase of water content in the range of 0ml to 0.5ml per 25ml of solution. The linearity and precision of these two methods were tested and no significant difference was found. It was concluded that either of these two method can be used for the rapid determination of water in ethanol.
