摘要
目的:建立一种快速简便检测静注人乙肝免疫球蛋白(HBIGIV)中麦芽糖的含量。方法用比色法测定静注人乙肝免疫球蛋白中麦芽糖的含量。结果麦芽糖含量的线性范围5mg﹒mL-1～40mg﹒mL-1,平均回收率(n=6)为99.4%,RSD为1.13%。结论本方法准确、简便,适用于测定静注人乙肝免疫球蛋白中麦芽糖含量的测定。
Objective： To establish a rapid and simple method of colorimetry for the determination of the content of malt sugar in human hepatitis B immunoglobulin for intravenous use, Methods： Colorimetry was applied to quantitative analysis. Results： The cahbration curves of malt sugar were linear in the concentration range from 5mg·mL^-1-40 mg·mL^-1, the average recovery and RSD were 99.4% （n=6） and 1.13%, respectively. Conclution： The method is accurate, simple and can be adopted for determining the malt sugar in HBIGIV.
