摘要
示差折光检测器是一种高度灵敏和稳定的检测器,多用于聚合物、糖及有机酸等物质的定量检测。论文对高效液相色谱-示差折光检测器在检测药物及食品中有效成分的含量方面的应用进行综述,为示差折光检测器的更广泛应用奠定基础。
Refractive index detector,a highly sensitive and stable detector,is usually used for quantitative detection of some substances such as polymer,sugar and organic acid.The research about the application of HPLC-RID in the field of quantitative determination of medicine and food is reviewed,which may laya foundation for the more widely use of RID.
