中枢神经损伤再生修复去抑制作用的研究 被引量:9

摘要 中枢神经损伤后,由于其所处微环境存在多种轴突生长抑制因子,它们主要通过细胞膜上一个复合受体将抑制信息传递至细胞内,导致生长锥塌陷,轴突生长受到抑制。据此,人们设计了各种方法去除轴突再生时的抑制作用。本文简要的介绍了这些研究。 Axons in the adult central nervous system (CNS)are unable to regenerate after injury due to the growth-inhibitory proteins present in CNS myelin. Inhibitors signal through a common receptor complex in neurons caused collapse of the growth cone and prevent axon growth. Based on these, there are plenty of researches on disinhibition of axon regeneration. This review focused on these researches.
