摘要
目的:总结不同手术时机对视神经管减压术疗效的影响。方法:回顾性分析国内关于视神经管减压术治疗外伤性视神经损伤的文章14篇,共155例159眼选择不同时机行视神经管减压术病例的术后疗效。结果:155例159眼中外伤后3d以内手术组58眼有效,手术有效率87.9%;3～7d手术组38眼有效,手术有效率82.6%;大于7d手术组14眼有效,手术有效率29.8%,与前两组之间相比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:外伤性视神经损伤越早行视神经管减压术效果越好。应尽可能在外伤后7d以内手术。
AIM： To summarize the effect of different operative time selections of optic canal decompression.
METHODS： By thoroughly reviewing 14 Chinese literatures, the optic canal decompression clinical data of 155 cases （159 eyes） with optic nerve trauma were collected and analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： Among 155 cases （159 eyes）, 58 eyes underwent operation in 3d since injures were improved with the utility ratio of 87.9%; 38 eyes in 3 to 7d with utility ratio of 82.6% ; and 14 eyes after 7d with utility ratio of 29.8%. There was significant difference between the last group and the other two groups.
CONCLUSION： Traumatic optic neuropathy should undergo optic canal decompression as early as possible.
