摘要
目的：建立以高效液相色谱法测定定西市不同产地栽培北柴胡药材中柴胡皂苷a含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为C18。流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水（20：35：45），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为208nm。结果：柴胡皂苷a进样量在1．02～5．10μg范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为96．8％（RSD=2．03％）,不同产地栽培北柴胡中柴胡皂苷a的含量不同（0．22％～0．67％）.结论：本研究为柴胡的栽培和资源利用及质量控制提供了一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of saikoponin a in Bupleurum chinese DC. from Dingxi City.METHODS： The determination was performed on ODS- C18 column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol - acetonitrile - water （20 ： 35 ： 45） with flow rate at 1.0mL · min^ -1 and detection wavelength at 208 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of saikoside a was 1.02 -5.10 μg, and the average recovery was 96.8% （RSD = 2.03% ）. The content of saikoponin a in Bupleururn chinese DC. varied from place to place （ranged from 0.22% to 0.67% ）.CONCLUSIONS： The study provides sci- entific bases for the cultivation, resource utilization and quality control of Bupleururn chinese DC.
