摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液含量的方法。方法采用氨基键合硅胶色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm，5μm）；以乙腈-0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（50：50）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min；检测波长为200nm。结果门冬氨酸与鸟氨酸都在125～2500μg／mL浓度范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），两者的平均回收率分别为99．92％与100．25％，RSD分别为0．34％与0．70％。结论此法简便、快速、准确，适用于门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液的含量测定。
Purpose To establish an HPLC method for the assay of omithinaspaetant injection. Methods The assay was performed on a Kromasil-NH2 column （4.6 mm× 250 mm, 5 μm）.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 （50：50）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 200 nm. Results Both aspartate and ornithine showed good linear （ r = 0.999 9） in the range of 125-2 500 μg/mL. The average recovery was 99.92% and 100.25% respecttively. Conclusion The method might be simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the assay of ornitbinaspaetant injection.
