A new electromagnetic forming technology of composites is founded on the basis of the continuous casting with out magnetic resistance mould under the effect of electromagnetic stirring. The component phases of eutectic alloys, formerly growing cooperatively, are separated on macroscopic scale. Their leading phases, such as non metals or intermetallic compounds are brought to the inner and outside periphery of tubes, forming composite materials with corrosion, wear and thermal resistances. About 20 kinds of eutectics have been investigated so far.
