摘要
利用计算机模拟技术,深入分析了电磁复合铸造轧辊的凝固过程。结果表明,电磁复合铸造轧辊的凝固是自下而上,由外向内的凝固过程。这种凝固方式既有利于金属补缩和夹渣的上浮,又有利于界面的充分熔合和元素的扩散,能够减少铸造缺陷,提高界面性能。
The solidification process of electromagnetic compound casting rollers was visualized and analyzed by the numerical simulation.The results indicate that the solidification process exhibits the features of from down to top and from outer to inner,which is beneficial for the liquid metal feeding and floating upward of inclusion and for the full metallurgical bonding between interfaces as well as diffusion of elements,effectively decreasing the casting defects and improving the interfacial performance.
