摘要
根据电磁场搅拌时定向凝固形成分离共晶的原理,制备了内表面为Al3Ni金属同化合物、外表面为少量Al3Ni与亚共晶组织,而基作为亚共晶组织的自生表面复合材料管状试样,分析了复合层的组织形貌、结合强度、耐腐蚀性能。
In this paper, an in situ surface composite pipe of Al-Ni alloy, with Al3Ni-rich layer accumulated in inner layer, a litter in outer layer and free in middle layer, has been produced by means of unidirectional solidification in a rotating electromagnetic field. The results observed with scanning electron microscope show that the separated layers are composed of the primary phases accumulating mechanically and growing in a preferred orientation. The joint strength was investigated by Material Testing Systems (MTS810) and the corrosion characteristics were also analyzed.
