摘要
本研究进行了产腈水合酶菌种的分离筛选，对菌株ＳＤ—１６进行了诱变，并对ＳＤ—１６的生长、产酶条件以及腈水合酶的反应条件进行了研究。ＳＤ—１６经鉴定确定为微球菌Ｍｉｃｒｏｃｏｃｃｕｓｓｐ．
A strain SD-16 producing nitrile hydratase was isolated and mutagenized. The optimal conditions for the growth and the production ofenzyme were studied for the strain. The conditions for the enzym, reaction was also studied. The strain SD-16 was identified taxonomically as Micrococcus sp.
