摘要
利用8个籼稻标记基因系与测交品种南京11号、南京6号杂交,研究不同矮秆类型的遗传特点。根据各组合亲本、F1、F2株高的表现,可将这些标记基因系的株高遗传分为3类:①含有sd-1基因的半矮秆材料;②含有1个sd-1基因和1个新矮秆基因的双矮材料;③含有其他类型矮秆基因的矮秆材料。通过与南京6号连续回交,从标记基因系IGB.29(多蘖矮)中分离、鉴定出一个与sd-1不等位的新矮秆基因。
Hybrid crosses between eight Indica marker gene lines and Nanjing 11 as well as Nanjing 6 respectively were studied. According to the plant height of parents, F1 and F2, these materials could be divided into three types: (1) semidwarf materials containing sd-1 gene; (2) double dwarf materials containing a sd-1 and a new dwarf gene; (3) other type complex dwarf materials. A new semidwarf gene was segregated and identified in a marker gene line IGB. 29 (Duonieai) by continuouse backcross with Nanjing 6.
