摘要
该文论述了在计算机实验教学中培养创新人才的必要性，指出了在计算机实验教学中不利于创新人才培养的因素，并针对不利的因素提出了相应的解决途径，对计算机实验教学创新人才的培养有指导意义。
This article discussed that it is essential to educate creative talent in the computer experiment teaching, there are many shortcomings on creative talent education, and bring forward corresponding approaches to solve these problems. There are some significance to educate creative talent in the computer experiment teaching.
