摘要
变速器是汽车的重要部件之一,主要实现汽车在行进过程中的变速及倒车等功能,它由几十个零件组成,零件之间的装配关系相对复杂。因此变速箱的设计需要较长的时间和反复的实验。为了能缩短设计周期和降低开发成本,基于虚拟样机技术,在Pro/E Wildfire环境中实现了变速器的虚拟装配和运动仿真。
Gearbox is one of the essential parts of motorcar, which formed from dozens of parts with complex assembly relations, the shift and reverse are realized by it. The design of gearbox need long term and repeated experiments. To shorten the time and cost of design, realized the virtual assembly and motion simulation of gearbox based on virtual prototyping.
