摘要
虚拟装配是虚拟制造的一个重要组成部分,具有十分重要的研究意义。为在低成本的基础上进行基于Web的虚拟装配,使虚拟装配系统适应目前的网络带宽要求,本文在Java3D环境下,开发了一个虚拟装配仿真系统。该系统具有显示和消隐装配运动轨迹、整体和局部拆卸和视点切换等功能,网络传输数据量少,适合异地协同工作。
Virtual Assembly is an important part of virtual manufacturing and is of significant research value. In order to implement Web-based virtual assembly with low cost and meet the demand of present network bandwidth condition, this paper develops a virtual assembly simulation system in Java3D environment. This system has functions such as displaying and hiding assembly motion path, disassembling wholly and partially, switching between viewpoints, etc. With small network transmission load, this system is suitable for multi-sited collaboration.
