摘要
急回机构能实现机械工作行程的匀速慢行和空回行程的快速退回,提高了工作效率、改善了机构运动和动力性能。运用Pro/E软件对急回机构进行三维实体建模及装配,并运用Pro_MECHANISM进行机构运动仿真分析,得出机构的位移、速度、加速度随时间变化的曲线。
Quick - return mechanism can achieve uniform slow velocity of the mechanical work travel route and rapid withdrawal of space - back travel route, which increases efficiency and improves the movement and dynamic performance of the work - body. Pro/E software is used for model establishment and assembling three - dimensional solid of the quick - return mechanism, and Pro_MECHANISM is used for analyzing the kinetic simulation of the mechanism, to obtain the curve of the displacement, relocity and acceleration with the time.
