摘要
目的:采用随机、双盲、对照的原则,提高实验结果的可比性。方法:从四诊诊断、理化微观指标、影像学特点、动物模型等面,对缺血性中风气虚血瘀证客观化研究现状进行了综述。结果:今后应需要同步的、系统的对缺血性中风气虚血瘀证从不同角度进行研究;结论:根据损伤级联反应的不同阶段,把握各个时间窗的症状和体征,把气虚血瘀证和其他证型结合起来研究。
Objective： To raise the comparison ability of the result by using the principle of random ,control and double - blind. Methods ： The present situation and prospect of the objective research in syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood stasis in ischemic stroke（IS） is summarized by inquiring the four methods of diagnosis ,laboratory examination, imageology feature and animal mode. Result： Syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood stasis in IS need to be studied from different aspect synehronicly and systemiely in the future. Conclusion： According to the different stages of the damage cascade,symptom and sign in different window of opportuneity,syndromc of deficiency of qi and blood stasis in IS need to be studied by binding with other syndrome.
