摘要
建立了磁悬浮推力轴承结构参数优化设计数学模型。在保证最大承载力条件下,以定子铁芯和电磁线圈总质量最小为目标函数,温升及饱和磁感应强度为约束条件,确定推力轴承结构参数。利用M atlab非线性有约束多元函数fm incon进行优化计算,获得合理结构尺寸。
The optimization design model is established for structural parameters of magnetic thrust bearings. Ensuring the maximum carrying capacity, the structural parameters of the bearing are determined by taking minimum gross weight of stator core and electromagnetic windings as objective function, which temperature rise and saturated magnetic induction intensity are considered as restraint conditions. By adopting nonlinear muhivariable function fmincon in Matlab program, reasonable structural dimensions are gained.
