摘要
目的了解高一普通班学生和尖子班学生心理健康状况,探寻适合在两种不同小环境中生活的学生的心理健康教育对策。方法选用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对某市一中高一普通班和尖子班共94名学生进行心理健康状况调查。结果女生在心理健康水平上显著不如男生,并表现出比男生更多的对人焦虑,自责,身体症状和冲动倾向。高一普通班学生与尖子班学生在心理健康水平上不存在显著差异,但从均分来看,前者的心理健康状况不如后者。结论女生应是中学心理健康教育的重点对象,采用重点和非重点的分班制可能不利于学生的心理健康。
Objective To study students' mental health status of grade one of senior high school between general class and advanced class, and look for a counterplan of mental health education of students who lived between two different small circumstances. Methods Used MHT to investigate 94 students in general and advanced class on Grade 1 of senior high school of a certain city. Results The mental health level of boys were significant.higher than girls', there were significant differences in anxious tendency, self-condemned tendency, physical symptom and impulsive tendency between boys and girls. And boys were superior than girls in these four factors. The students' mental health was non-significant differences between the advanced class and the gerneral class, but the former mental health was superior than the latter from the Point of average scores. Conclusion The main object of mental health education was female students inthe middle school. The policy which divided the students into general class and advanced class might be harmful to the students' mental health.
