摘要
[目的]分析国外护理教育研究的热点。[方法]以“nursingeducation”作为检索的关键词,检索1975年—2006年10月SCI收录的相关文献,并运用文献计量学方法统计引文的出现频次,采用聚类分析法分析高频被引论文间的亲疏关系。[结果]4813篇有关护理教育的相关文献中,引文达156753篇,被引用频次高于25次的引文44篇。内容涉及护理教育基本理论及方法、教学改革、教育标准、护理实践能力的培养、卫生政策等。[结论]国外护理教育研究的热点包括护理教育研究使用到的基本理论与基本方法、护理教学改革、护理教育标准、护理实践中特殊能力的培养、卫生政策与护理人员作用和地位、护理研究中认知和心理的评价方法的研究。
Objective： To analyze the study hotspots of nursing education in abroad. Methods： To take ＂nursing education＂ as key words of literature retrieval, related literatures from 1975 to October 2006 embodied in SCI were searched, then literature metrology has applied to add up the frequency of quotations, cluster analysis were adopted to analyze the propinquity and alienation of the high frequently quoted theses. Results： Totally 4 813 pieces of literatures related to nursing education, there were 156 753 pieces of quotations and among that, 44 pieces had been quoted in a frequency of more than 25 times. The contents were related to basic theories and methods, teaching reform, educational standard of nursing education and cultivation of nursing practice ability, and health policies. Conclusion： The study hotspots on nursing education in aboard includes basic theories and methods, nursing teaching reform, nursing educational standard the cultivation of special ability in nursing practice, health policies, effect and position of nursing staffs, evaluation methods of recognition and psychology in nursing research.
