摘要
运用文献计量学方法挖掘出国外运动性猝死研究的热点,包括:(1)胸部钝性创击和心震荡有关的运动性猝死的研究;(2)青年运动员中发生的非创伤性猝死的研究;(3)运动中猝死的发病率与生活习惯等因素关系的研究;(4)运动型猝死的医疗预防研究;(5)运动员心肌肥厚与结构性心肌病的鉴别方法。
The paper, with the method of literature metrology, unearths the characters of sudden death during sports activities in foreign country. The characters include the study on blunt impact to the chest leading to sudden death from cardiac arrest during sports activities, study on sudden death in young competitive athletes, study on incidence of primary cardiac arrest during vigorous exercise, study on screen of competitive athletes for sudden death, differentiating ways between physiologic cardiac hypertrophy and pathological cardiac hypertrophy.
