摘要
我国吨钢材生产成本中物耗费用约占７５％，而物耗数量主要体一在冶金生产各工序的技术经济指标水平。本文分析了地方钢铁企业炼铁、炼钢、轧钢的物耗现状，指出加强企业管理、规范操作、注重各生产工艺间的匹配及技术改造是提高技术经济指标水平以降低生产成本的主要措施。
This paper analyses the material consumption condition in the process of ironmaking, steelmaking and rolling steel in local iron and steel enterprises at present and points out that stecngthening enterprise management, strengthening regularity operation and strengthening technical reform are main mesures for enchancing technical and economic indexes and decreasing production cost.
