梅山炼铁厂依靠科技进步,通过采取狠抓精料工作、保持高炉炉况稳定顺行、实现大煤比喷吹、加强企业管理等措施,使高炉各项技术经济指标不断改善,生铁成本不断下降。
A series of measures were adopted on Meishan Co.'s BFs,such as improving the quality of sinter and coke, optimizing burden structure, keeping BF condition steady and smooth, injecting pulverized coal with a high PCI rate, strengthening management of enterprise. As results, the tech-economical indexes of BFs were improved and the pig-iron cost was reduced.
