Research development on the relationship between the antioxidant and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要氧化／抗氧化失衡是慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的重要发病机制之一，因此抗氧化剂的应用备受关注。本文综述了抗氧化剂与COPD的关系及国内外COPD抗氧化治疗最新的研究进展。 An imbalance between oxidants and antioxidants is considered to play a role in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Hence, more and more research has been focused on the antioxidant therapy. This paper summarizes the relationship between the antioxidant and COPD and the research advances on antioxidant therapy in COPD.
