摘要
考察不同地区丹参商品的质量。采用高效液相色谱法,对不同地区丹参商品中丹参酮ⅡA,丹酚酸B含量进行测定,分析。发现丹参商品在质量方面有显著差异,因此应采用多指标评价的方法进行丹参饮片质量的研究。
A quality investigation of commercial products of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhziae was carded out based on the contents determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B. The results show that there is significant difference in quality between the commercial products of different original areas, and multi - index should be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhziae.
