摘要
本文报告螺纹状多孔融合器(TFC)新技术用于颈前路减压椎间融合术治疗颈椎伤病共11例.作者认为颈前路减压后椎体间采用TFC技术,具有固定牢靠、椎间撑开、可恢复或保持椎间盘高度,损伤小、恢复快等优点.
11 cases with cervical spondylosis and fracture of cervical vertebra were treated with cervical anterior decompression combined threaded fusion cage(TFC) technique. The result showed that the technique had advantages of less bleeding,reliable fixation,increased of kept the intervertebral space and cured quickly
