摘要
目的探讨雷贝拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性消化性溃疡的效果及安全可靠性。方法将120例经检查证实的消化性溃疡、生物芯片试验检查HP阳性患者,随机分成雷贝拉唑组62例和奥美拉唑组58例,雷贝拉唑组第一周给予雷贝拉唑10 mg加阿莫西林1 g,口服bid,以后每次服雷贝拉唑10 mg。奥美拉唑组第一周给予奥美拉唑20mg加阿莫西林1 g,口服bid,以后每次服奥美拉唑20 mg。两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗后雷贝拉唑组疼痛消失时间与奥美拉唑组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗2周末与4周末两组的症状消失率、溃疡愈合率、总有效率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。雷贝拉唑组的不良反应率为3%,奥美拉唑为7%。结论雷贝拉唑对HP阳性消化性溃疡有较高的治愈率和症状改善率、疗效与奥美拉唑基本相当,用药后患者临床症状腹部疼痛消失时间早于奥美拉唑。
Objective To discuss the effect and safety of Rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with infection of Helicobacter pylori（HP）. Methods 120 peptic ulcer patients diagnosed by examination with Helieobaeter pylori infection confirmed by bioehip technique were randomly divided into rabeprazole group（n = 62） and omeprazole gmup（n = 58）. The mbeprazole group was orally given rabeprazole 10 mg and amoxiciUin lg bid in the first week and then rabeprazole 10 mg every time.The omeprazole group was orally given omeprazole 20 mg and amoxicillin lg bid in the first week and then omeprazole 20 mg every time . The treatment course was 4 weeks. Results There was significantly statistics difference in the time of eliminating pain in the mbeprazole group compared with that in the omeprazole group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05）. There were not significantly statistics differences in the dissolving rate of symptoms, the cure ratio and the total efficiency rate between the two groups after 2 weeks treatment and 4 weeks treatment （ P 〉0. 05）. The side effect rate was 3 % in the mbeprazole groups compared with 7 % in the omeprazole group. Conclusion The curative rate and the symptomatic improvement rate of rabeprazole curing H. pylori positive peptic ulcer were higher than that of omeprazole . There was no significant difference in efficacy between rabeprazole and omeprazole . The time of epigastric pain alleviation and disappearance with rabeprazole were earlier than that of omeprazole in the patients＇ clinical symptom.
