STUDY ON POLYOXAZOLIDONETYPE COATING FOR HEAT EXCHANGER IN INDUSTRIAL COOLING WATER SYSTEM

摘要 用甲苯二异氰酸酯、环氧树脂作原料,分别以季铵盐和含羟基季铵盐“162”作催化剂合成聚口恶唑烷酮(POXDN)。以IR和EPV方法对合成的POXDN进行了表征。考察由POXDN制得涂层的阻垢性能、物理机械性能、耐热性能,同时考察了“162”加量对上述性能和聚合物结构的影响。结果表明,涂层性能优良,尤以添加4%“162”样品的综合性能为佳。 Poly 2 oxazolidones (POXDN) are prepared with a diisocyanante and an epoxy resin by using quaternary ammonium salts and hydroxy quaternary ammonium salts (162) as catalyzers respectively. The POXDN were characterized by IR and EPV. Scale resistance, physical mechanical properties and heat resistance of the POXDN coating are examined. The effects of “162” content on the molecular structure of POXDN and the properties of coating were also investigated. The result shows that comprehensive property of the coating is excellent, especially the sample containing 4% “162”. This work was accomplished for developing a new type of paint used in heat exchangers in industrial cooling water systems.
