摘要
研制了以呋喃树脂和酚醛改性呋喃树脂为基料,以氮三亚甲基膦酸和乙二胺四甲叉膦酸及马丙共聚物为阻垢添加剂,同其他助剂等组成的功能阻垢耐蚀涂料。实验证明了阻垢添加剂与基料之间发生的化学反应。测定了该涂料的阻垢性能,并初步探讨了其阻垢机理。
A functional scale-resistant and anti-corro-sive coating based on furan and phenolicresin,modified furan resins as film-former,N-trimcthylcne phosphonic acid,cthy-lenediamine tetramethylidene phosphonicacid and maleic acrylic copolymer as scale-resistant additive and some other additivehave been developed.Experimently it hasshown that chemical reaction occurs be-tween scale-resistant additive and film- former.The scalc-resistant cffcctiveness ofthe coating was determined and thescale-resistant mechanism was discussed.
