乙型脑炎病毒感染患儿血清IL-12检测的临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解乙型脑炎病毒感染儿童患者血清中白细胞介素-12(IL-12)水平及意义。方法用乙型脑炎病毒IgM抗体检测试剂用放免测定仪检测30例患儿(实验组)和28名正常儿童(对照组)血清中白细胞介素-12水平,分析其与乙型脑炎病毒感染的关系。结果乙型脑炎病毒感染儿童患者血清中白细胞介素-12水平显著高于正常儿童(P<0.01)。结论白细胞介素-12参与了机体感染乙型脑炎病毒的过程,为临床提供了有价值的信息。
