基于C8051F021和GMR的焊枪自动定位系统设计

摘要 为了解决黑色金属焊接过程中焊枪悬浮高度定位GMR(Giant Magneto Resistive,巨磁阻)传感器信号的处理问题,提出了以SoC(System on Chip,片上系统)C8051F021构建的数据采集与处理电路,并采用时间触发器分时处理方法,设计焊枪定位检测系统。试验表明:该系统实时性能好,抗干扰能力强,焊枪定位误差达到±0.1 mm,能满足生产实际要求,具有良好的实用价值。 To solve the problem of how to deal with signal from GMR (Giant Magneto Resistive)sensor of the weld gun position in femetal checking welding process,SoC (system on chip) C8051F021 is studied.Using SoC, the signal of welding seam and welding-gun rising height with trigger of time and time-sharing is processed. The checking welding-gun rising height circuit are designed. The test proves that the system is of good real time and has stronger ability of resistance interrupt and has less than error of ±0.1mm. It satisfies the requirment of producing. It has great practicality value.
