摘要
特种陶瓷是信息技术、生物技术、能源技术等高技术领域的重要材料。我国特种陶瓷市场前景广阔,预计到2015年产值将达到450亿元。影响我国特种陶瓷发展的主要因素是陶瓷粉体的质量。日本开发的含铝的钇稳定氧化锆有较高的性能指标,但价格高达70～100美元/kg。我国东方锆业成功开发出一种高性能Al-Y复合氧化锆粉体的生产工艺。该工艺技术特点:在湿法过程中使用了高效添加剂,解决了稳定剂的均相问题;提出了新的工艺过程,解决了高性能粉体关键指标参数的可控匹配;产品的烧结温度较低。
The present situation in home and abroad, the trends of development for industry and technology of composite zirconia and high-tech ceramic was expounded, and the project of high performance Al-Y compound zirconia, its background and general situation, the conditions of undertaking company, influence of the project on the development of industry, the prospects for production and market, patent right, product characteristic, benefit analysis, problem and its and so on were also introduced.
